Kristin Jensen is a cookbook editor, based in Louth, and writes the Edible Ireland blog. Caroline Hennessy is a journalist, broadcaster and writer of the Bibliocook blog. She is an editor of the McKenna Guides. She also does PR for Eight Degrees Brewing, a successful Irish craft brewer, and is based in Cork.
